Peace. ~~~~~~ Jeffrey Dahmer's father, Lionel Dahmer, was a 1962 graduate of Marquette and had arguably functioned as "handler" to his son in many ways. He was a research chemist for PPG Industries, and his son used chemicals to dissolve his victims' remains. He practiced this method on animals in the woods behind his home during his childhood. Lionel Dahmer volunteered to interviewers that his son had been molested, reportedly by "a neighbour boy." It seems more likely that he was molested by his father, who during childhood had often set fires, an indication of past sexual abuse, and constructed homemade explosives. Lionel admitted that he had fantasized about hypnotizing and controlling girls at the age of thirteen. Dahmer would later use his paternal grandmother's home as a base of operations for his killings. He later moved to another address, described as being "not far from Marquette University." (The Jeffrey Dahmer Story by Donald Davis, p. 88) This was where he would be arrested. Jeffrey Dahmer later enlisted in the U.S. Army. He was seventeen, but Lionel had arranged a meeting with a recruiter and provided consent. Dahmer requested to be placed in the Military Police but was instead sent to Ft. Sam Houston in San Antonio to be given medical training. He was then transferred to a military hospital in West Germany, where he was released early with an honorable discharge. After a conviction for indecent exposure, his father petitioned the court for his release. Earlier, Gary Heidnik had enlisted in the Army and requested to be placed in the Military Police. He was instead sent to Ft. Sam Houston in San Antonio for training as a medic and then sent to an Army hospital in West Germany. He was released early with an honorable discharge. Gallagher, and the defense attorney, A. Charles Peruto, Jr., had both graduated from St. Joseph's College, a coeducational institution run by Jesuits. (b) Likely sexually abused his son - a crucial part of 'Monarch' Programming. (c) Arranged his entry into the U.S. Army, where it appears he was drafted into mind control programs. (d) Assisted him with his legal issues.
